WARNING: If You Eat This For Breakfast It May Really Harm Your Health

Lewis Daly, a resident of Brooklyn, New York, filed a lawsuit stating  that Quaker Oats contain a carcinogenic substance called glyphosate. The suit, filed in the Federal District Courts of California and New York, demands refunds for the customers. It also insists that the company stops using glyphosate.
The dissatisfaction is largely due false advertising, as well as the fact that the company labels the breakfast as 100% natural.

Glyphosate is a widely known pesticide that is often included in weed-control products such as Roundup and Ortho.  Daly is mainly enraged by the labels  that claim that every ingredient in the products is completely natural.

PepsiCo, the company that owns Quaker Oats, claim that their products are produced, harvested, and sold on the market through responsible methods. Furthermore, they maintain that every significant level of herbicide is cleansed through the cleaning procedure.

Actually, independent testing of Quaker Oat oatmeal revealed that the Quick 1-Minute contained only 4% of the recommended limit, implying that the product is below the EPA accepted minimal levels.
